Temporary Care for almost independant elders.

Is there a need out there for temporary care for an aged family member? I am thinking there might be a need for such a facility. This would provide group meals, a private room and bath. A nursing assistant on call 24 hours per day. This would be an adjuct to a nursing home. It would be available by the week or up to 3 months. A kind of Senior Rooming Hotel. Does anyone have information about such a facility?
