Hi! I am a COTA and I recently aquired a position as Activities Director at a assisted living facility. It is brand new and I am starting the program from scratch. I am looking for ideas about inexpensive crafts, calender ideas...How you manage your time with the residents etc. Really anything will help. I am a big one when it comes to resources so I figured a good way to make some more would be to search the internet. If anyone has any ideas or who wants a pen pal in the same field.
