HELP FOR PARENTS (KATHY)

Date: 1999, Nov 27
From: lynn <LYNN222@webtv.com>

             Kathy,

Ilive in Missouri and care for my 90 year old
Grandmother. I work full time and so does my husband. My
Grandmother cann't be left alone, we started out trying to
carefor her on our own with sisters and her daughter coming
to help while I worked, but that didn't work out very good.
I called the Division of ageing It's listed as Family
Services in the phone book. You have to call the office
where your parents live the county office, they can either
send them help or tell you the name of agenceies to call to
get some one into help your parents. My Grandmother has
lived with us for almost 3 years it is not easy but I don't
think at this point anything would be. Good Luck hope this
helps you. LYNN
