Janice,

My mother-in-law (mil) lived with us for a while. She had a brain tumor and
passed away in 1999. I too had to deal with this problem and others
associated with memory loss. One way to deal with this is to help him set
out clothes every night before he goes to bed. A gentle reminder in the
morning that those are the clothes to put on today may help. You may only
have a limited success rate though. You didn't say if he is sick. If he is,
and his memory is affected, you may have to
find a more assertive way to get those clothes changed. He may simply not
remember to do it! Good luck and let me know if it helps!
